Founder of Sanctuary Consulting and Development Group Ltd
From process clarity to accountable decisions
Farzad helps CEOs and leadership teams capture, map and audit their organisational processes. His specialist focus is Human–AI Delegation Optimisation: designing the allocation of work and decisions between human judgement and AI-agent execution.
His approach uses recognised process-mapping and audit methods to document how work happens today (as-is), redesign how it should work (to-be), and define decision rights, human review and escalation. The aim is an optimal allocation of human and AI-agent work, with clear process governance and live KPI dashboards for financial performance, time, quality and operational risk. These are elements of the approach, not claims of measured client outcomes.
Practical project development
His project work includes Sanctuary HR, an agentic recruitment product in active development; Milearo, an AI voice co-driver in development; and Hot Snack, an automated retail operating-model project. These provide practical contexts for exploring workflow design, human oversight and automation, without implying validated commercial results.
A broader management perspective
Farzad’s experience spans management, business development, retail development, international business, urban planning and project management. His public LinkedIn profile lists an MBA at Canterbury Christ Church University. His interests in sustainable urban regeneration, SME growth and place-based economic participation inform Sanctuary’s wider work.
He founded Sanctuary to connect advice with implementation: bringing together people, processes, technology and measurement around a clear operating model.
